Refund policy

We accept returns of unwashed linens in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@coverlidlinens.com with your order number to start a return; we'll send a prepaid label for orders shipped within the United States. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return. Sheets, covers, pillowcases and towels that have been washed or slept on are not returnable, but they are covered by the warranty below for defects in materials or workmanship.
