These terms apply to every order placed with Coverlid Linens through coverlidlinens.com. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the details you give us are accurate. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before an order ships, and we will tell you before doing so. Product descriptions, dimensions and colors are given in good faith; colors vary a little between screens and dye lots. Returns, refunds and shipping are governed by the refund and shipping policies published on this site, and every product carries the one-year workmanship warranty described in the warranty policy. Nothing on this site is advice about health, sleep or allergies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Santa Clara County have jurisdiction.
