Huck Hand Towel

The Huck Hand Towel is 20 x 35 in (50 x 90 cm), 0.25 kg (0.6 lb), the towel by the sink. The terry is 100% long-staple cotton at 600 grams per square meter: dense loops that take up water fast and let it go in the dryer, heavy in the hand without being slow to dry. Hems are double-stitched and there is a loop on one edge for a hook.

Woven and sewn in Portugal from 100% long-staple cotton, in Ink, Oat or Thyme, the same colors as the bedding. Machine wash warm and tumble dry medium. Skip fabric softener: it coats the loops and the towel stops absorbing. Wash it before first use; a new towel sheds a little lint and absorbs better after one wash.

Questions

How many do I need? Two per basin: one in use and one in the wash. The Huck Bath Towel and Huck Bath Sheet are the same terry in the larger sizes.

Will dark colors bleed onto light towels? Wash Ink separately for the first two washes; after that it is stable. Oat and Thyme can go in together from the start.

Is 600 GSM heavy? It is a dense towel without being a slow one: heavy in the hand, dry by the next morning on a rail. Hotel towels are usually 500 to 600 GSM.
